lazy sunday. here's eric and ferris lazy on the bed

after rockclimbing i went to laurens for an oscar party. the red on the floor is her 'red carpet'

she had the place beautifully decorated and delicious soup too

we went to brunch with eric's sister and her boyfriend, connor just around the corner

then eric and i painted the bathroom (finally) this deep purple and constructed this light fixture out of ikea lanterns. not too bad

later that night we decided to have some friends over. here are a few enjoying the dining room

i got to the subway super early this morning and decided to take this photo while waiting for the bus. just a block down there's a great view of the city. this is in the parking lot of one of the stadiums. you can see everything...

busy day today (during lunch). first we went to get christa's license renewed. see picture above...

then we went to ikea for lunch and to pick up a gift. this is the view from the cafeteria

then we went back to work. *note* the black arrow to the left is precisely where i fell on my bike last year and banged up my knees extremely bad (see train tracks...)

but right after that is the 'classy' strip joint. it was an exciting lunch time. (no, we didn't go in)

this is pretty much the same picture as last week but i think it turned out a little bit better. the sun was in a nicer spot and so was the shuttle in front of the ship

you learn something new everyday. apparently that sad trainstation in yesterday's post is one of the nation's first. explains why it's so beat up, but sad that it's not better taken care of based on its history.
